Nalin Kumar Nirula
Chairman of the Board

Co-founder and Chairman of the Board, Nalin Kumar Nirula has had a long and highly successful career in diverse fields. A graduate from Cornell University’s prestigious School of Hotel Administration, he helped shape and turn around a chain of hotels and restaurants in Delhi known as “Nirula’s” of which he was co-owner and director. After tasting success at an early age, Nalin K. Nirula aimed for greater knowledge and a more complete existence, leaving his family business on spiritual-philosophical grounds in 1982.

 

His spiritual journey took him through many challenges and obstacles leading up to his discovery of karmic healing methods. Fourth Grandmaster of Reiki, with his wife Renoo, he is the co-discoverer and founder of the life-changing “KQ Force” karmic healing system. Harmonizing the material with the spiritual, Nalin K. Nirula started a number of successful business ventures which continue to perform well. He has touched many lives and continues to do so everyday, bringing success and happiness to all.

 

Shharad Bajaj
Managing Director

As co founder and Managing Director of Kloog, Shharad has created Kloog’s unique models of execution and is responsible for end to end service delivery for clients. Shharad started his career as a founding team member of India Today’s E-Education Today, a start up in the dot com era. After studying Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh, Shharad consulted for Global Vantedge India where he engineered the design and implementation of reporting and analysis systems in the collection domain. As Chief Information Officer of the Offshore Business Group, Shharad was instrumental in creating a highly lucrative process in the Telecom Domain. He went on to become the head of the business group. Shharad has been a strong and determined leader throughout his career and it is his vision that has taken Kloog into the much desired Knowledge outsourcing.

 

Arjun Raj Nirula
Director

As co-founder and Director of Kloog Arjun’s diverse background and leadership across domains is an asset for Kloog. Arjun read Economics, Philosophy and Mathematics at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee after which he went on to study film at King’s College (NYFA) London. His diverse educational background is the foundation for his acute aptitude to merge high artistic sensibilities with big business acumen. From spearheading a major shipping company in a management role to directing big budget bollywood movies, Arjun brings a mature understanding of the dynamics of people intensive industry to Kloog. He is also a very accomplished photographer and holds exhibitions all over the world.
